The Relationship of tree and plants in “Feng Shui” (Yin and Yang Group)

Living in a concrete jungle today, many of us like to see a lot of green and flower plants in our garden. We also like our home to be comfortable and in harmony with us so that we have a heaven to go back to. As trees and plants play an important role in our lives,we need to know how it effects us in feng shui for our daily lives. But most do not know what kind of plants or trees are suitable for their house and how they are related to the application of feng shui. The correct placing of certain trees and plants accordingly to the 5 elements and the 4 directions is important as when correctly place the trees or plants will grow healthier, it also gives out oxygen and good chi thus helping us to prosper too. Your flower plants will give you their most beautiful blooms making you a proud healthy owner of the house. When trees and plants are correctly placed, they help to harness good chi as well as lower the effects of bad chi flow around your home. So when you’re strolling along your garden/ compound you too will be surrounded by good chi enhancing good health for yourself. One common oriental design of a landscape is at East sits a bridge across a man made stream, with a willow tree beside the bridge overlooking the stream absorbing the sunlight from South, creates that tranquillity ambience. What a beauty!! While most refer certain trees and plants as bad, I refer them to be in 2 groups which are the Yang group and Yin group plants and trees. It is good to understand your requirement of the right plants or trees for your garden, as it helps to harness good chi for you home at the same time repels the bad energy. Below, are some explanation or meaning in plants and trees and what kind of effect it will create as practiced by ancient chinese gardeners.

Note: Place an evergreen plant of rounded leaves at your wealth area to help harness good chi to that position to create more wealth.
